Apple refill pack Vape Meet in Finland: the compare shortlist
Apple in Finland: 12 units tested over 9 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Finland.
How to tell a good refill pack from a repack
Apple in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Finland the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Apple sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: apple in Finland works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a apple refill pack really costs in Finland
Apple sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested apple in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Finland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every apple bottle shipped into Finland.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Finland, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Finland, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where apple goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Finland stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why apple tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Finland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and bans most advertising for these products.
Packaging for apple in Finland must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Finland: about €2.35 per 10 ml liquid plus €49 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On apple the budget price and the premium price can sit within €2.35 per 10 ml once 3–6 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should apple start at?
Start at whatever Finland allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
