Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Candy in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Finland the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.

What a candy starter kit really costs in Finland
Candy prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Finland that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €2.19 per 10 ml.
How we tested candy in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Finland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where candy goes wrong
- Treating the advertised €36 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €2.19 per 10 ml.
- Mixing candy with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Finland accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Finland need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Finland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and bans most advertising for these products. Shipping of nicotine to Finland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Finland: about €2.19 per 10 ml liquid plus €36 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should candy start at?
Start at whatever Finland allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
How long does candy in a starter kit last?
In Finland we measured 6 to 13 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
