Caramel in Finland: 8 units tested over 5 weeks, 100 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Finland.
What the label on Caramel is allowed to say
Caramel 100 ml bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
There is no single best way to buy Vape Meet in Finland. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: caramel in Finland works if the 100 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel 100 ml bottle really costs in Finland
There is no single best way to buy Vape Meet in Finland. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested caramel in a 100 ml bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Pick the 100 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the 100 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Finland, not a suggestion.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised €43 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €2.31 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.

Frequently asked questions
Is caramel legal to sell in Finland?
Finland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and bans most advertising for these products.
How long does caramel in a 100 ml bottle last?
In Finland we measured 5 to 8 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On caramel the budget price and the premium price can sit within €2.31 per 10 ml once 3–6 business days is counted.
