Caramel box mod Vape Meet in Finland: the budget shortlist
Caramel in Finland: 16 units tested over 5 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Finland.
How we tested Caramel box mod here
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a box mod running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
A caramel box mod from the budget options in Finland costs about €2.09 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the box mod you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel box mod really costs in Finland
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Finland that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €2.09 per 10 ml.
How we tested caramel in a box mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Finland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Finland.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Treating the advertised €49 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €2.09 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a box mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Finland stocks.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Finland sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Finland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and bans most advertising for these products.
