Caramel pen device Vape Meet in Finland: the review shortlist
Caramel in Finland: 21 units tested over 6 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Finland.
Where buyers go wrong with caramel in Finland
Caramel pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 21 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Most people searching Vape Meet in Finland are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The short version: caramel in Finland works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel pen device really costs in Finland
We run caramel the same way in Finland: same pen device, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested caramel in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Finland, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Finland stocks.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for caramel in Finland must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Finland sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Finland |

| Entry kit | €63 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | €2.02 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
