Caramel pen device Vape Meet in Finland: the wholesale shortlist — Finlandvapemeet
Caramel in Finland: 24 units tested over 7 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Finland.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Caramel in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Finland the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Caramel pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 24 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 24 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a caramel pen device really costs in Finland
A caramel pen device from the bulk options in Finland costs about €3.03 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested caramel in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Finland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Finland stocks.
- Treating the advertised €51 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €3.03 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Finland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and bans most advertising for these products. Shipping of nicotine to Finland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for caramel in Finland must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
