Caramel refill pack Vape Meet in Finland: the wholesale shortlist — Finlandvapemeet
Caramel in Finland: 8 units tested over 9 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Finland.
How we tested Caramel refill pack here
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you are looking at caramel in Finland, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Below is the run we did for this search: 8 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a caramel refill pack really costs in Finland
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Finland that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €3.05 per 10 ml.
How we tested caramel in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Finland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Finland, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised €33 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €3.05 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Finland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and bans most advertising for these products.
Retail sales in Finland sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

On the last run in Finland: about €3.05 per 10 ml liquid plus €33 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Do you ship tracked orders to Finland?
Yes, tracked to 3–6 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
