Caramel vape pen Vape Meet in Finland: the online shortlist
Caramel in Finland: 11 units tested over 3 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Finland.
Choosing a vape pen for caramel
Most people searching Vape Meet in Finland are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Caramel vape pen reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 11 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the vape pen you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel vape pen really costs in Finland
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a vape pen running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested caramel in a vape pen
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Finland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in Finland, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Treating the advertised €49 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €1.95 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Finland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and bans most advertising for these products. Shipping of nicotine to Finland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for caramel in Finland must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
How much does a vape pen cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Finland: about €1.95 per 10 ml liquid plus €49 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On caramel the budget price and the premium price can sit within €1.95 per 10 ml once 3–6 business days is counted.
