Citrus cartomizer Vape Meet in Finland: the cheap shortlist
Citrus in Finland: 14 units tested over 2 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Finland.
Delivery, returns and what 3–6 business days really means
Citrus cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 14 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
We run citrus the same way in Finland: same cartomizer, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: citrus in Finland works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus cartomizer really costs in Finland
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Finland that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €3.26 per 10 ml.
How we tested citrus in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Finland accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Finland stocks.
- Treating the advertised €40 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €3.26 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Finland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and bans most advertising for these products. Shipping of nicotine to Finland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Finland need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Finland?
Yes, tracked to 3–6 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On citrus the budget price and the premium price can sit within €3.26 per 10 ml once 3–6 business days is counted.
