Citrus refill pack Vape Meet in Finland: the guide shortlist
Citrus in Finland: 12 units tested over 5 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Finland.
How to tell a good refill pack from a repack
Citrus in Finland reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the starter ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Citrus refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 12 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: citrus in Finland works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus refill pack really costs in Finland
The honest read on citrus: 12 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested citrus in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Finland, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Finland, not a suggestion.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Mixing citrus with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Finland stocks.
The rules that apply here
Finland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and bans most advertising for these products.
Packaging for citrus in Finland must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should citrus start at?
Start at whatever Finland allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On citrus the budget price and the premium price can sit within €3.45 per 10 ml once 3–6 business days is counted.
