The short version: citrus in Finland works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus starter kit really costs in Finland
There is no single best way to buy Vape Meet in Finland. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested citrus in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Finland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Finland, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Finland accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Finland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and bans most advertising for these products. Shipping of nicotine to Finland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Finland: about €2.76 per 10 ml liquid plus €42 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does citrus in a starter kit last?
In Finland we measured 3 to 12 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
