If you are looking at cola in Finland, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: cola in Finland works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cola cartomizer really costs in Finland
Cola cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 15 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested cola in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Finland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Finland, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
Where cola goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Finland stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cola tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Finland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and bans most advertising for these products. Shipping of nicotine to Finland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for cola in Finland must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Finland |
| Coil life | ~7 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Finland | 3–6 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | €46 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | €3.57 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On cola the budget price and the premium price can sit within €3.57 per 10 ml once 3–6 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should cola start at?
Start at whatever Finland allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
Why does cola taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the cola blend itself harsh.
