Cream cartomizer Vape Meet in Finland: the flat shortlist
Cream in Finland: 18 units tested over 6 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Finland.
What cream costs in Finland
Cream prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Finland that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €2.85 per 10 ml.
Cream cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 18 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 18 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a cream cartomizer really costs in Finland
Cream sounds like one product. It is not: a cartomizer running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested cream in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Finland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a cream bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where cream goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Finland stocks.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Finland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and bans most advertising for these products.
Packaging for cream in Finland must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should cream start at?
Start at whatever Finland allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On cream the budget price and the premium price can sit within €2.85 per 10 ml once 3–6 business days is counted.
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
