Cream pen device Vape Meet in Finland: the order shortlist
Cream in Finland: 14 units tested over 8 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Finland.
What the label on Cream is allowed to say
A cream pen device from the pre-order options in Finland costs about €2.53 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Cream in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Finland the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 14 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a cream pen device really costs in Finland
Cream prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Finland that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €2.53 per 10 ml.
How we tested cream in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Finland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
Where cream goes wrong
- Mixing cream with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Finland stocks.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for cream in Finland must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to Finland need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
