Dessert vape pen Vape Meet in Finland: the review shortlist
Dessert in Finland: 13 units tested over 5 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Finland.
What the label on Dessert is allowed to say
If you are looking at dessert in Finland, the first question is not strength. It is whether the vape pen you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Ordering into Finland usually means waiting 3–6 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: dessert in Finland works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a dessert vape pen really costs in Finland
We run dessert the same way in Finland: same vape pen, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested dessert in a vape pen
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Treating the advertised €37 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €2.83 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Finland accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Finland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and bans most advertising for these products. Shipping of nicotine to Finland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for dessert in Finland must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Finland |

| Delivery to Finland | 3–6 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | €37 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | €2.83 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

How much does a vape pen cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Finland: about €2.83 per 10 ml liquid plus €37 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
