Frozen 10 ml bottle Vape Meet in Finland: the flat shortlist
Frozen in Finland: 9 units tested over 9 weeks, 10 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Finland.
Delivery, returns and what 3–6 business days really means
A frozen 10 ml bottle from the flat-rate options in Finland costs about €2.09 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Frozen in Finland reaches the shelf in 10 ml bottle formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the 10 ml bottle you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen 10 ml bottle really costs in Finland
Frozen sounds like one product. It is not: a 10 ml bottle running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested frozen in a 10 ml bottle
- Pick the 10 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Finland, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a 10 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Finland accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for frozen in Finland must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to Finland need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should frozen start at?
Start at whatever Finland allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 10 ml bottle.
Is frozen legal to sell in Finland?
Finland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and bans most advertising for these products.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within €2.09 per 10 ml once 3–6 business days is counted.
