Frozen 30 ml shortfill Vape Meet in Finland: the guide shortlist — Finlandvapemeet
Frozen in Finland: 9 units tested over 5 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Finland.
How we tested Frozen 30 ml shortfill here
Frozen in a 30 ml shortfill is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Finland the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.

Below is the run we did for this search: 9 units, 30 ml shortfill, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a frozen 30 ml shortfill really costs in Finland
Frozen sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested frozen in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Finland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in Finland, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Finland, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Finland stocks.
- Treating the advertised €39 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €2.26 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Finland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and bans most advertising for these products. Shipping of nicotine to Finland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Finland sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
