The short version: frozen in Finland works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen cartomizer really costs in Finland
If you are looking at frozen in Finland, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested frozen in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Finland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Finland, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Finland stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised €32 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €2.92 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Finland sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Finland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and bans most advertising for these products. Shipping of nicotine to Finland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
