Frozen pen device Vape Meet in Finland: the flat shortlist
Frozen in Finland: 17 units tested over 8 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Finland.
What frozen costs in Finland
Frozen in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Finland the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.

If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen pen device really costs in Finland
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Finland that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €3.13 per 10 ml.
How we tested frozen in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Finland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Finland, not a suggestion.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Finland accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Finland survives.
The rules that apply here
Finland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and bans most advertising for these products. Shipping of nicotine to Finland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order Vape Meet online in Finland?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–6 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
How long does frozen in a pen device last?
In Finland we measured 8 to 17 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
