Frozen refill pack Vape Meet in Finland: the wholesale shortlist — Finlandvapemeet
Frozen in Finland: 23 units tested over 2 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Finland.
Coil life, liquid cost and the frozen habit
Frozen in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Finland the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Frozen in Finland reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the bulk ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: frozen in Finland works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen refill pack really costs in Finland
There is no single best way to buy Vape Meet in Finland. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested frozen in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into Finland.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised €65 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €2.09 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for frozen in Finland must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to Finland need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
