Frozen starter kit Vape Meet in Finland: the cheap shortlist
Frozen in Finland: 7 units tested over 5 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Finland.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
There is no single best way to buy Vape Meet in Finland. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The honest read on frozen: 7 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 7 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a frozen starter kit really costs in Finland
We run frozen the same way in Finland: same starter kit, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested frozen in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Finland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Finland, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Finland, not a suggestion.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Finland survives.
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Finland stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Finland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and bans most advertising for these products.
Wholesale lines to Finland need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Finland: about €2.22 per 10 ml liquid plus €52 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does frozen in a starter kit last?
In Finland we measured 5 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
