Frozen starter kit Vape Meet in Finland: the flat shortlist
Frozen in Finland: 22 units tested over 9 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Finland.
What the label on Frozen is allowed to say
A frozen starter kit from the flat-rate options in Finland costs about €3.54 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Finland that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €3.54 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 22 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a frozen starter kit really costs in Finland
We run frozen the same way in Finland: same starter kit, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested frozen in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Finland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into Finland.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Finland accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Finland survives.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for frozen in Finland must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Finland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and bans most advertising for these products.
