Frozen vape pen Vape Meet in Finland: the best shortlist
Frozen in Finland: 6 units tested over 9 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Finland.
How we tested Frozen vape pen here
We run frozen the same way in Finland: same vape pen, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you are looking at frozen in Finland, the first question is not strength. It is whether the vape pen you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Below is the run we did for this search: 6 units, vape pen, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a frozen vape pen really costs in Finland
Ordering into Finland usually means waiting 3–6 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested frozen in a vape pen
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Finland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Finland, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into Finland.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Treating the advertised €34 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €1.82 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a vape pen that then needs an adapter nobody in Finland stocks.
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Finland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and bans most advertising for these products. Shipping of nicotine to Finland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for frozen in Finland must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
How long does frozen in a vape pen last?
In Finland we measured 9 to 6 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Can I order Vape Meet online in Finland?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–6 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
