Frozen vape pen Vape Meet in Finland: the flat shortlist
Frozen in Finland: 8 units tested over 9 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Finland.
How we tested Frozen vape pen here
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Finland that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €3.15 per 10 ml.
Most people searching Vape Meet in Finland are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The short version: frozen in Finland works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen vape pen really costs in Finland
Frozen in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Finland the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested frozen in a vape pen
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Finland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Finland, not a suggestion.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Finland survives.
The rules that apply here
Finland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and bans most advertising for these products.
Retail sales in Finland sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
