Graphite refill pack Vape Meet in Finland: the deals shortlist
Graphite in Finland: 22 units tested over 7 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Finland.
How to tell a good refill pack from a repack
Graphite in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Finland the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Graphite refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 22 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: graphite in Finland works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a graphite refill pack really costs in Finland
Graphite prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Finland that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €3.43 per 10 ml.
How we tested graphite in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a graphite bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why graphite tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised €44 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €3.43 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long graphite in Finland survives.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Finland sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Finland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and bans most advertising for these products.

Frequently asked questions
Why does graphite taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the graphite blend itself harsh.
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Finland: about €3.43 per 10 ml liquid plus €44 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should graphite start at?
Start at whatever Finland allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
