Iced pen device Vape Meet in Finland: the order shortlist
Iced in Finland: 19 units tested over 6 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Finland.
How to tell a good pen device from a repack
Iced in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Finland the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Iced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Finland that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €2.63 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long iced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a iced pen device really costs in Finland
Iced sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested iced in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Finland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Finland, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where iced goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Finland stocks.
- Mixing iced with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why iced tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Finland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and bans most advertising for these products.
Retail sales in Finland sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
