Iced pen device Vape Meet in Finland: the review shortlist
Iced in Finland: 8 units tested over 6 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Finland.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
We run iced the same way in Finland: same pen device, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Ordering into Finland usually means waiting 3–6 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Below is the run we did for this search: 8 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a iced pen device really costs in Finland
Ordering into Finland usually means waiting 3–6 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested iced in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Finland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Finland, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where iced goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing iced with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long iced in Finland survives.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for iced in Finland must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Finland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and bans most advertising for these products. Shipping of nicotine to Finland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On iced the budget price and the premium price can sit within €3.16 per 10 ml once 3–6 business days is counted.
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should iced start at?
Start at whatever Finland allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
