Iced refill pack Vape Meet in Finland: the best shortlist
Iced in Finland: 6 units tested over 2 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Finland.
Coil life, liquid cost and the iced habit
Iced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Finland that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €2.71 per 10 ml.
A iced refill pack from the best options in Finland costs about €2.71 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 6 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a iced refill pack really costs in Finland
Iced in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Finland the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested iced in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every iced bottle shipped into Finland.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a iced bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where iced goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised €40 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €2.71 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Finland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and bans most advertising for these products. Shipping of nicotine to Finland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Finland sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
