Iced in Finland: 13 units tested over 6 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Finland.
Ordering Vape Meet to Finland: the practical version
The honest read on iced: 13 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you are looking at iced in Finland, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: iced in Finland works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a iced refill pack really costs in Finland
Iced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Finland that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €2.03 per 10 ml.
How we tested iced in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every iced bottle shipped into Finland.
- Batch code and production date, so a iced bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where iced goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised €44 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €2.03 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Finland need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Finland sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

| Entry kit | €44 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | €2.03 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Finland: about €2.03 per 10 ml liquid plus €44 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On iced the budget price and the premium price can sit within €2.03 per 10 ml once 3–6 business days is counted.
How long does iced in a refill pack last?
In Finland we measured 6 to 13 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
