Iced starter kit Vape Meet in Finland: the order shortlist
Iced in Finland: 24 units tested over 7 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Finland.
What iced costs in Finland
If you are looking at iced in Finland, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Ordering into Finland usually means waiting 3–6 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: iced in Finland works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a iced starter kit really costs in Finland
A iced starter kit from the pre-order options in Finland costs about €1.66 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested iced in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Finland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a iced bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where iced goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Finland stocks.
The rules that apply here
Finland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and bans most advertising for these products.
Wholesale lines to Finland need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On iced the budget price and the premium price can sit within €1.66 per 10 ml once 3–6 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should iced start at?
Start at whatever Finland allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
