Mintice pen device Vape Meet in Finland: the budget shortlist
Mintice in Finland: 20 units tested over 4 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Finland.
Coil life, liquid cost and the mintice habit
Mintice pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 20 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Mintice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Finland that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €3.02 per 10 ml.
The short version: mintice in Finland works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mintice pen device really costs in Finland
Mintice sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested mintice in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Finland, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Finland, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Finland stocks.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Finland accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Finland need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Finland sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

| Entry kit | €67 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | €3.02 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should mintice start at?
Start at whatever Finland allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
Do you ship tracked orders to Finland?
Yes, tracked to 3–6 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mintice the budget price and the premium price can sit within €3.02 per 10 ml once 3–6 business days is counted.
