Plain pen device Vape Meet in Finland: the cheap shortlist
Plain in Finland: 9 units tested over 7 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Finland.
Coil life, liquid cost and the plain habit
If you are looking at plain in Finland, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
There is no single best way to buy Vape Meet in Finland. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: plain in Finland works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plain pen device really costs in Finland
Plain prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Finland that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €1.66 per 10 ml.
How we tested plain in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Finland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a plain bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Finland, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Finland, since tanks and pods go first.
Where plain goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plain tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing plain with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Finland sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Finland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and bans most advertising for these products. Shipping of nicotine to Finland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |

| Stock checked | 9 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Finland |
| Coil life | ~4 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Finland | 3–6 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | €30 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | €1.66 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
