Plain starter kit Vape Meet in Finland: the online shortlist
Plain in Finland: 24 units tested over 3 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Finland.
How we tested Plain starter kit here
Plain sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
We run plain the same way in Finland: same starter kit, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: plain in Finland works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plain starter kit really costs in Finland
Plain prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Finland that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €3.11 per 10 ml.
How we tested plain in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Finland, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plain bottle shipped into Finland.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Finland, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where plain goes wrong
- Treating the advertised €61 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €3.11 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Finland stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plain in Finland survives.
The rules that apply here
Finland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and bans most advertising for these products.

Frequently asked questions
Is plain legal to sell in Finland?
Finland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and bans most advertising for these products.
What nicotine strength should plain start at?
Start at whatever Finland allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
How long does plain in a starter kit last?
In Finland we measured 3 to 24 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
