The short version: plum in Finland works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum 30 ml shortfill really costs in Finland
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Finland that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €2.34 per 10 ml.
How we tested plum in a 30 ml shortfill
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Finland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Finland.
Where plum goes wrong
- Treating the advertised €67 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €2.34 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for plum in Finland must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
