Plum pen device Vape Meet in Finland: the budget shortlist
Plum in Finland: 21 units tested over 3 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Finland.
Delivery, returns and what 3–6 business days really means
Plum in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Finland the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Ordering into Finland usually means waiting 3–6 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plum pen device really costs in Finland
We run plum the same way in Finland: same pen device, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested plum in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Finland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Finland, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where plum goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised €55 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €2.21 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Finland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and bans most advertising for these products. Shipping of nicotine to Finland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Finland sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within €2.21 per 10 ml once 3–6 business days is counted.
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Finland: about €2.21 per 10 ml liquid plus €55 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
