Plum RDA Vape Meet in Finland: the budget shortlist
Plum in Finland: 10 units tested over 7 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Finland.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
If you are looking at plum in Finland, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
A plum RDA from the budget options in Finland costs about €3.13 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plum RDA really costs in Finland
We run plum the same way in Finland: same RDA, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested plum in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Finland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where plum goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Finland accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Finland stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Finland sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Finland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and bans most advertising for these products. Shipping of nicotine to Finland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

On the last run in Finland: about €3.13 per 10 ml liquid plus €30 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
