Plum RDA Vape Meet in Finland: the guide shortlist
Plum in Finland: 10 units tested over 3 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Finland.
Choosing a RDA for plum
If you are looking at plum in Finland, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Ordering into Finland usually means waiting 3–6 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Below is the run we did for this search: 10 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum RDA really costs in Finland
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Finland that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €2.21 per 10 ml.
How we tested plum in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Finland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Finland, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Finland.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where plum goes wrong
- Treating the advertised €28 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €2.21 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Finland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and bans most advertising for these products. Shipping of nicotine to Finland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Finland need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

On the last run in Finland: about €2.21 per 10 ml liquid plus €28 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
