Plum refill pack Vape Meet in Finland: the budget shortlist
Plum in Finland: 12 units tested over 2 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Finland.
How to tell a good refill pack from a repack
Plum sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Ordering into Finland usually means waiting 3–6 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plum refill pack really costs in Finland
Plum in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Finland the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested plum in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where plum goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised €55 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €1.93 per 10 ml.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within €1.93 per 10 ml once 3–6 business days is counted.
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Finland: about €1.93 per 10 ml liquid plus €55 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
