Plum starter kit Vape Meet in Finland: the compare shortlist
Plum in Finland: 21 units tested over 4 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Finland.
What the label on Plum is allowed to say
The honest read on plum: 21 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you are looking at plum in Finland, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: plum in Finland works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum starter kit really costs in Finland
We run plum the same way in Finland: same starter kit, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested plum in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Finland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Finland, since tanks and pods go first.
Where plum goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Finland accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Finland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and bans most advertising for these products. Shipping of nicotine to Finland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Finland sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is plum legal to sell in Finland?
Finland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and bans most advertising for these products.
How long does plum in a starter kit last?
In Finland we measured 4 to 21 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
