Salted starter kit Vape Meet in Finland: the review shortlist
Salted in Finland: 10 units tested over 3 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Finland.
Where buyers go wrong with salted in Finland
A salted starter kit from the reviewed options in Finland costs about €3.05 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Salted sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: salted in Finland works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a salted starter kit really costs in Finland
We run salted the same way in Finland: same starter kit, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested salted in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Finland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where salted goes wrong
- Treating the advertised €52 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €3.05 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.

Frequently asked questions
How long does salted in a starter kit last?
In Finland we measured 3 to 10 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Finland: about €3.05 per 10 ml liquid plus €52 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does salted taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the salted blend itself harsh.
