Sour refill pack Vape Meet in Finland: the budget shortlist
Sour in Finland: 11 units tested over 3 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Finland.
Delivery, returns and what 3–6 business days really means
Sour refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 11 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Sour prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Finland that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €1.78 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 11 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a sour refill pack really costs in Finland
Ordering into Finland usually means waiting 3–6 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested sour in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Finland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Finland, since tanks and pods go first.
Where sour goes wrong
- Treating the advertised €46 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €1.78 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Finland stocks.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Finland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and bans most advertising for these products. Shipping of nicotine to Finland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for sour in Finland must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Is sour legal to sell in Finland?
Finland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and bans most advertising for these products.
What nicotine strength should sour start at?
Start at whatever Finland allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
How long does sour in a refill pack last?
In Finland we measured 3 to 11 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
