How to tell a good starter kit from a repack

Sour prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Finland that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €1.66 per 10 ml.

Sour in Finland reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the bulk ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.

If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long sour tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

What a sour starter kit really costs in Finland

Ordering into Finland usually means waiting 3–6 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.

How we tested sour in a starter kit

1. Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
2. Choose strength against the ceiling in Finland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
3. Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.

• Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
• Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
• Spare parts availability for starter kit in Finland, since tanks and pods go first.
• The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Finland, not a suggestion.

Where sour goes wrong

• Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
• Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long sour in Finland survives.
• Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.

The rules that apply here

Finland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and bans most advertising for these products.

Wholesale lines to Finland need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
