Where buyers go wrong with tobacco in Finland
We run tobacco the same way in Finland: same disposable vape, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Tobacco prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Finland that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €3.46 per 10 ml.
The short version: tobacco in Finland works if the disposable vape, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.

How we tested tobacco in a disposable vape
- Pick the disposable vape that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Finland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a disposable vape arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Finland, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a disposable vape and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing tobacco with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long tobacco in Finland survives.
The rules that apply here
Finland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and bans most advertising for these products. Shipping of nicotine to Finland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should tobacco start at?
Start at whatever Finland allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a disposable vape.
Why does tobacco taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the disposable vape units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the tobacco blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Finland?
Yes, tracked to 3–6 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
