Tobacco pen device Vape Meet in Finland: the flat shortlist
Tobacco in Finland: 13 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Finland.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Tobacco prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Finland that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €1.61 per 10 ml.
Tobacco sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: tobacco in Finland works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tobacco pen device really costs in Finland
If you are looking at tobacco in Finland, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested tobacco in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Finland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tobacco bottle shipped into Finland.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Finland, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Finland, not a suggestion.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
