Tobacco RDA Vape Meet in Finland: the review shortlist
Tobacco in Finland: 16 units tested over 9 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Finland.
What tobacco costs in Finland
Tobacco RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 16 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Tobacco in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Finland the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 16 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a tobacco RDA really costs in Finland
Tobacco in Finland reaches the shelf in RDA formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested tobacco in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Finland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Finland, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Finland accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why tobacco tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised €60 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €2.84 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for tobacco in Finland must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Finland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and bans most advertising for these products. Shipping of nicotine to Finland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does tobacco taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the tobacco blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should tobacco start at?
Start at whatever Finland allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Finland: about €2.84 per 10 ml liquid plus €60 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
