Vanilla refill pack Vape Meet in Finland: the budget shortlist
Vanilla in Finland: 21 units tested over 2 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Finland.
Coil life, liquid cost and the vanilla habit
Vanilla in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Finland the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Vanilla sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 21 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a vanilla refill pack really costs in Finland
Ordering into Finland usually means waiting 3–6 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested vanilla in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Finland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Finland, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Finland, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long vanilla in Finland survives.
- Treating the advertised €38 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €1.85 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Finland accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for vanilla in Finland must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Finland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and bans most advertising for these products. Shipping of nicotine to Finland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Is vanilla legal to sell in Finland?
Finland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and bans most advertising for these products.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On vanilla the budget price and the premium price can sit within €1.85 per 10 ml once 3–6 business days is counted.
How long does vanilla in a refill pack last?
In Finland we measured 2 to 21 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
