Frozen RDA Vape Meet in Finland: the wholesale shortlist
Frozen in Finland: 7 units tested over 2 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Finland.
How to tell a good RDA from a repack
There is no single best way to buy Vape Meet in Finland. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Frozen RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 7 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 7 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a frozen RDA really costs in Finland
Frozen in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Finland the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested frozen in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Finland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Finland, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into Finland.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Treating the advertised €33 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €2.94 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Finland accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
Is frozen legal to sell in Finland?
Finland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and bans most advertising for these products.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within €2.94 per 10 ml once 3–6 business days is counted.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
